What we collect

When you send an enquiry or book a site visit we collect your name, phone number, optionally your email address, how you plan to pay, your preferred visit date and anything you write to us. When you call or chat on WhatsApp, those platforms handle the conversation under their own policies.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your enquiry, arrange your site visit and follow up about Lavi 16 Studios or future Wasaji Group projects you ask about. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Who sees it

Your details go to the Wasaji Group sales team. Where a purchase proceeds, relevant details may be shared with the advocates handling the sale agreement. We do not sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. To make a request, call 0758 157 557 or message us on WhatsApp.

How it is protected

Enquiries are stored behind an administrator login on this site. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
