Our story

Wasaji Group Ltd is an investment-geared real estate company. We deliver off-plan projects so that everyday Kenyans can buy a home or an investment at a price they can reach, and pay for it step by step as the building rises.

Our current project is Lavi 16 Studios in Juja, Witeithie: 36 studio apartments priced from Ksh 2,350,000. It is built for first-time buyers, young professionals and small investors — including those who count themselves average earners or below — because every family deserves a fair place to begin.

Wasaji Group Ltd is a registered Kenyan company. The registration number will be published here once the certificate details are confirmed.

Mission

To put real estate ownership within the reach of everyday Kenyans, and to build wealth that lasts for generations.

Vision

A Kenya where a family's first studio apartment becomes the foundation of generational wealth.

Chair, Wasaji Group Ltd

At Wasaji Group, we believe a home is the first step to lasting wealth. We build for everyday Kenyans, including those who count themselves average earners or below, because every family deserves a fair place to begin. Lavi 16 Studios is our current project: homes priced so that ownership is within reach, and an investment that can grow with you. We are building for the future, so that our children and their children can create and manage real estate wealth of their own. Walk this journey with us, and together we will build what lasts.

Other team members will be introduced here with their consent as the company grows.
